Yes. We will communicate with you throughout our agreement and keep you aware of any issues that may arise. We will contact you at reasonable times to discuss repairs and notify you of the residents notice to move.

Residents may phone, fax, or mail their requests to us, and they can request maintenance online at Buildium or at our website. After we receive a repair request, we may contact the resident and ask them questions, which will help us determine the exact nature of the problem before sending a service technician. If the resident has a legitimate problem, we will schedule the repair.

You can specify whether or not you want tenants with pets (in most situations) or even tenants who don't smoke although all our properties are marketed as smoke free. Neither you as the owner nor we as a company can discriminate against any protected class under the federal fair housing or local fair housing laws.

Yes. Our properties come with a 12-month lease. It states the responsibilities of both sides covering the whole tenancy period.

The security deposit(s) will depend on several factors, including the score on the credit score. We work with an automated system that allows us to evaluate different aspects.

Your rent is usually due on the first day of every month unless your lease agreement specifies otherwise. We offer a payment system that allows you to pay your rent online.

  • Each adult (18-over) must complete a separate application.
  • Potential applicant(s) MUST view the property before submitting an application.
  • Application must be completely filled-out, with all documents, and application fee paid, prior to screening.
  • Application fee=$75.00 per adult, regardless of employment status. Non-refundable.
  • DEPENDING on several factors like your credit report, we can ask you up to 3 months of security deposit.
  • Legible copy of current & valid driver's license issued by any state within the United States of America.
  • Legible copy of current and valid Social Security Number.
  • Proof of income, that is, the last 4 paystubs received (3 months current bank statements may be required).

First of all, you need to email your Property Manager of your request for a pet. Do not move a pet into the property without permission. Sometimes the owner of the property does NOT allow pets, in this case it is essential to follow the contract guidelines.
